really good staff kids entertainment helpful staff cockroach sighting intentional deception limited storage
the staff was really good. steven helped my family out a lot. my kids loved it. i need more things to do after the pool closes and an all day buffet.
I found reading the reviews of the rooms made me hesitant because many mentioned cockroaches. i did find a dead cockroach on my 3rd day. This was the only time. the hotel is convenient for restaurants. they were intentionally deceptive about the bottled water price.

a bright, clean stay
excellent staff clean facility fun attraction
the staff are beyond excellent, i find the facility clean and they kept it that way throughout my stay. i loved having a starbucks on site, its always convenient. it was great everything is close to a lot of places for eating and attractions, i had so much fun!
i noticed the shower pressure was low, its a small thing but important for comfort. they turned off the water our second day for some hours, its inconvenient. i didnt get to use the water park much because it rained, its just bad luck.

the hotel has an onsite water park, it is an amazing feature the kids enjoyed so much and is a big plus. there is also starbucks inside the hotel, and a convenience store, are both very handy.

i stayed in a tower room and it was a big room, a relief after long days at the parks. the family standard room was spacious with two queen beds and one sofa bed, more than enough for us all.

the breakfast buffet had everything i expect from a continental breakfast, perfect start to the day. the starbucks closed a little early for me but, i did love having it on site.
